Your child pension is payable for as long as you remain an eligible child. Find out about when your pension is paid
If your circumstances change, your pension may be affected. You must contact us if you are over 18 and:
- leave full-time education, or
- you are in full-time training for a trade, profession or vocation and you start work or receive pay.
Most child pensions stop when you reach the age of 23, even if you continue in full-time education. If this applies to you, we write to you.
As you are in receipt of a dependant's pension there are no benefits payable to your survivors should you die whilst in receipt of this pension.
